The challenge

A slow site that search engines and visitors both struggled with.

Estate Point is a real estate company serving buyers and sellers across the USA, Norway and Pakistan. It needed a website that explained its services better, built credibility and supported lead generation. At the start, pages took 9.8 seconds to load; for someone browsing on a phone, that is long enough to leave.

The old site also had an outdated design, a weak mobile experience, poor page structure, limited SEO visibility, unclear calls to action and content that was difficult to manage.

Reading the evidence

What each number measures.

Different numbers answer different questions. Here is what each one tells you, and what it doesn’t.

Organic impressions

How often the site appeared in Google results, measured over the four months after launch. More impressions means more visibility, not necessarily more visits.

New ranking keywords

Searches the site began to appear for. It shows wider reach; the value depends on how relevant those searches are.

Page load time

How long a page took to load in testing. It is a speed measure, separate from Google’s Core Web Vitals scores.

Form submissions

Completed inquiry forms. The closest of the four to business value, since each one is a person asking about a property.

Results depend on the starting point, the market and the scope of work. A similar project will not necessarily produce the same numbers.
