Case Studies: What We Built and What Changed

Twelve projects across websites, search, operations, CRM and AI production. Each one sets out the starting problem, the work delivered and the evidence available, and says plainly when there are no figures to report.

Connected stories

Four clients, two sides of the work.

Several clients appear twice, because a website build and the service that followed it are measured differently. Select a client to see how the two projects connect.

Reading the evidence

Two kinds of case study, labelled clearly.

Some case studies report results: traffic, rankings, conversions, time saved. Others document the work delivered, such as features, structure and workflows, without performance figures. Both are useful, but they prove different things, so every card is labelled.

Reported results are figures provided by, or agreed with, the client. Where the measurement period or method isn’t known, each case study says so. Results depend on the starting point, so similar work won’t necessarily produce the same numbers.

Reported results

Figures such as “+45% organic clicks” or “32 hours a week”, with notes on what each figure measures and what it doesn’t.

Delivered work

The problem, the features and structure delivered, and how they fit together. No performance claims are made.
